On April 8th at approximately 4:10pm a female subject was stopped in Evening Shade, AR by a man impersonating a police officer. The man was driving an older model white Crown Vic similar to the one shown. The Crown Vic had tinted windows, black wheels and it had a single blue light on the dash. the man is described as being 5'5'' tall, somewhat heavy set with a flat top haircut.
