All Warrants and Civil Process for Sharp County is handled by the Sheriff's Department. Corporal Gerald Traw and Administrative Secretaries Judy Qualls and Donna Allen oversee this process.

All misdemeanor warrants are obtained via the prosecutor's office to the District Clerks office. one the warrant is issued it is forwarded to Central Dispatch where they are entered. The same process occurrs in handling felony warrants, except that they are processed from the prosecutor's office to the Circuit Clerk's office and then entered by Central Dispatch.

Our Deputies under the supervision of Cpl. Traw, also serve civil papers in Sharp County. Everything from subpeona's, Writs, and Court orders.
